Electronics design

Vymore designs and delivers electronic PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) tailored to your requirements. Electronics design, often referred to as electronic circuit design or electronic engineering, is the process of creating and developing solutions that perform specific functions. Today, electronics form the foundation of every embedded device and can be found in computers, smartphones, washing machines, and more—ranging from simple consumer gadgets to complex industrial control systems.
The Electronics Design Process:
The design process begins with a clear definition of requirements and compliance with applicable standards such as CE or UL. A schematic diagram is created alongside component selection, prioritizing easily accessible components whenever possible. This is sometimes followed by circuit simulation or actual testing of specific sections. With a schematic and component list—also known as the Bill of Materials (BOM)—the PCB layout is developed. At this stage, industry standards must be considered, along with specific testing procedures and production techniques, both of which impact the PCB layout. Next, a first prototype is built, and software is developed if programmable chips are used. The prototype undergoes testing, and depending on its complexity, it may go through multiple PCB layout improvement cycles. If CE certification is required, EMC pre-compliance testing is conducted at this stage. Once the final design is complete, comprehensive documentation is prepared, including Gerber files required for production. After successful full compliance testing, the design is approved for production. Post-production, component availability is continuously monitored. Updates and modifications due to evolving requirements are part of lifecycle management.
