Its front-loading design offers easy access to ampoules, even in space-constrained environments. Features that set us apart

 Fast PID control

The Vymore VTC17 bubbler quickly detects temperature changes in the precursor, particularly at the start of the bubbling process. Its fast-responding PID controller ensures stable and precise temperature regulation.                             

 Exchangeable temperature probe

The temperature probe is exchangeable without requiring recalibration. A high-quality push-pull connector ensures easy installation and reliable liquid source temperature measurement. Incorrect placement of the probe is automatically detected and indicated.

Analog and fieldbus communication

Analog communication is handled via a D-sub-25 connector. The analog signals are galvanically isolated from the power supply, eliminating the risk of unwanted ground loops. Ethernet fieldbus communication, supporting the most common Ethernet protocols, is available through two RJ45 connectors. In the event of an Ethernet or analog malfunction, or an unexpected power reset, the VTC17 liquid source temperature controller will continue to operate safely and independently using the last stored data values.                                                                   

Standalone temperature controller 

The all-in-one precursor temperature control solution operates on DC voltage, eliminating the need for hazardous high-voltage connections nearby. The bubbler’s DC power supply is integrated with the system’s emergency circuit, ensuring an immediate shutdown in case of an emergency.                                              

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

Bubbler methode

A liquid source temperature controller is part of an evaporation system. A carrier gas—such as nitrogen—is passed through the liquid, picking up a known amount of chemical vapor. Because the chemical’s temperature is precisely controlled, the resulting vapor pressure is accurately defined. This technique ensures a consistent and predictable carrier gas–vapor mixture.
