Fast PID control

The Vymore VTC17 bubbler quickly detects a temperature change of the precursor. This is especially the case during the start of the bubbling process. The PID controller responds fast which ensures stable temperature regulation.

 

 

Exchangeable temperature probe

The temperature probe is exchangeable without the need for any recalibration. A high quality push-pull connector ensures easy connection and a stable liquid source temperature measurement. Incorrect placement of the temperature probe is indicated.

 

 

Analog and fieldbus communication

Analog communication is done over a D-sub-25 connector. The analog signals are galvanic isolated from the power supply which exclude any unwanted ground loops. Ethernet fieldbus communication of the most common Ethernet protocols are accessed with a RJ45 connector (2x). In case of an Ethernet / analog malfunction or an unwanted power reset the VTC17 liquid source temperature controller will continue to work independently on a safe way with the last stored data values.

 

 

Standalone temperature controller

The all-in-one precursor temperature control solution works on a DC voltage. No hazardous higher voltages need to come close by. The DC power supply of the bubbler is connected with the system's emergency circuit to shut down in case of an emergency.

Bubbler methode

A liquid source temperature controller is part of an evaporation system. A carrier gas, for example nitrogen, is send through the liquid and picks up a know amount of chemical vapor. Due to the precisely controlled temperature of the chemical the vapor pressure is known. This technique results in a defined amount of carrier vapor mixture.
